The sweetest person I have ever met asked me to photograph her wedding…. but first the engagement!

Rachel reached out to hire me as her wedding photographer and without a doubt I said yes. If you’ve booked wedding with me or looked around on my investments page, you’ll see that all of my wedding packages offer an engagement session. First things first, I had to get an idea of what her vision was for her engagement session. She did not hesitate one bit. The second I asked she immediately responded “Christmas trees!” I might be adding a little more drama to it, but to my point, she knew exactly what she wanted.

Side note: its ok if you have no freaking idea where you want your session to be. That’s why I’m here.

So naturally I started digging on google for the closest Christmas tree farms in the area and if you live in Lancaster County, you know there are plenty to choose from. We decided on Elizabeth Farms, which if you have never been there, I highly recommend you make the trip. They have activities for the kiddos in the fall and various events at different times of the year. Plus, they are also a wedding venue. Its a beautiful property with so much to offer.
