adorable family session at grings mill recreation area in reading pennsylvania

Melissa and her crew had my heart in aww throughout this entire session. I was so excited to capture this little fam since we had to reschedule a couple times due to the weather not wanting to cooperate (gotta love that spring weather). None the less, the day of the session turned out to be absolutely beautiful! Not too hot, not too cold and there was even a slight breeze in the air……… ahh I loved it! I had the pleasure of meeting the sweetest siblings - a set of twins and their three-year-old older brother. This sweet little family filled my heart with all their love and giggles!

This family session took place at Grings Mill Recreation Area in Reading Pennsylvania - 2083 Tulpehocken Rd, Reading, PA 19610. If you plan to visit and you are coming from the Lancaster area, this address will take you to the parking lot behind the Penn State Berks campus. From there, the options are endless!

Grings Mill has become a client fave and definitely a personal fave. This park has so many picture perfect locations. So many bridges (I have yet to explore all of them), stone buildings, a river, woods, a cliff, open fields, and tons of shaded areas. They also have playgrounds for the kiddos! One of my favorite things about this location is that they take the time to light it up during the holiday season. So if you are planning to visit, I can guarantee that you will love it, however, be prepared to walk. Who knows, this may even become your new favorite location..
